LATERAL END:- Articular surface gives attachment to the joint capsule. MEDIAL END : - Articular surface gives attachment to :- 1. Fibrous capsule. 2. Articular disc posterosuperiorly. 3. Interclavicular ligament superiorly. LATERAL 1/3RD OF SHAFT:- 1. Anterior border - deltoid origin. 2. Posterior border - trapezius insertion. 3. Conoid tubercle and trapezoid ridge - conoid and trapezoid parts of coracoclavicular ligament. MEDIAL 2/3RD OF SHAFT : - 1. Anterior surface - pectoralis major origin. 2. Rough superior surface - sternocliedo-mastoid origin ( Clavicular head). 3. Inferior surface oval impression - costoclavicular ligament at medial end. 4. Subclavian groove - subclavius muscle insertion. Margins of groove - clavipectoral fascia. 5.
